Point your smartphone’s camera at the QR code on your kit card. A link should appear—tap it to open your video instructions. If your phone doesn’t recognize the code, download a free QR-scanner app or visit sammy-sam.com and enter your kit code manually.

You can track your order at sammy-sam.com/track using your email address and order number. We ship orders within 2–3 business days, and delivery within the EU typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your country.

Check the contents list on the back of your kit card to make sure nothing has been overlooked. If something is missing, contact us with your order number and we’ll send the missing item right away at no cost to you.

Scan the QR code on your kit card, or go directly to sammy-sam.com/k/[your-kit-name]. All video instructions are included with your kit purchase and can be watched as many times as you need.

Unopened kits may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened kits can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, but if any item is damaged or defective we’ll replace it free of charge.

Each kit’s product page shows its difficulty level. Beginner kits usually take 1–2 hours, intermediate kits 3–5 hours and advanced kits 6+ hours. Every kit includes step-by-step video instructions to guide you.

Our kits are designed for ages 12+ with supervision or 16+ independently. Because they contain small parts such as safety eyes, they are not suitable for children under 8.

Each kit includes premium acrylic yarn (hypoallergenic and machine-washable), a bamboo crochet hook, safety eyes, polyester stuffing and embroidery thread. All materials are CE-certified.

The finished amigurumi is typically 15–25 cm tall, depending on the design. Check the specific kit’s product page for exact dimensions.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment methods like iDEAL (NL), Bancontact (BE) and SOFORT (DE/AT). All payments are processed securely through our checkout provider.

Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout for EUR 2.95, which includes a personalized message card. The recipient also gets a special digital gift reveal page.

Delivery from our EU warehouse is usually: Netherlands 1–2 days, Germany 2–3 days, Belgium 2–3 days, France 3–5 days, Spain and Italy 4–6 days and Austria 3–4 days. All orders include tracking and there are no customs fees within the EU.

Yes. Wash gently at 30°C (86°F) on a delicate cycle and preferably place the amigurumi in a mesh laundry bag. You can also surface-clean it with a damp cloth.
